Tree time in Thayne, WY

Tooday we arrived in Thayne, Wyoming. Dad says we're here to see mountains, but we are staying 60 miles away because our RV park here is only $56 for a week. That's a steal! So we were outside looking around and I spotted a very nice birch tree. I asked dad to put me in it and he did. I started doing my favorite activity....chewing.

I chewed and chewed and chewed. When I was done the casualty list included 2 branches and more leaves than I could count. In this picture, I'm telling the dad that I'm done and too come and get me!

I didn't really chew the leaves, I just plucked them and dropped them onto the ground. This morning mom & dad had to go down the street 'cause the internet is in a barn. Mom said she would update my blog and tell my auntie Linda and the toostreet gang about it. Next week starting on Toosday, we'll be in Salt Lake City again. I'm excited to see my toostreet friends!

I'm craaaazy for cookie dough!!!

Tonight is our last night in Hungry Horse, Montana (near Glacier Nat'l Park), so mom & I made Toll House cookie dough for our next 'too days of driving. While mom did the making, I did the supervisin'. I kept leaning down and asking, "is it cookie dough yet?". At one point I almost got my beakie in the beaters because I'm sooooo crazy for cookie dough. Mom said I was a pestoocle (rhymes with "testicle" tee-hee!). When it was finally really cookie dough, she let dad & I lick the beaters. Here's a few pictures of us licking the beaters. I only got one beater and tried to hold it up myself, but it was 'too heavy. Mom says all that sugar isn't 'too good for me either. I'll be visitooin the Cockatoo St. 'toos soon. I wonder if they like cookie dough? I wonder if there mom lets them have any? Hmmm......*having devious thoughts*.

A "Buddy" for me!

Today we "landed" in Mountain Meadows RV Park in Hungry Horse, Montana, which is 10 miles from Glacier National Park. Mom and dad were outside eating PASTA without me and I got mad. I mean, I could see them from my cage, eating without me. So I screamed and screamed. When that didn't work, I did my famous, "shake my head and scream" move. When the neighbors came home and wondered what the noise was, I got to come out. Turns out they have an Amazon named Buddy. He's small for an Amazon and has this cool white patch on his head. He used to talk but when he turned 7 and didn't get a woman, he stopped talking. Now he's 19 and still won't talk. I think that's silly. I thought I might be able to charm him into talking with my feminine ways, but he wasn't having it. I think he's given up. Anyway, here's a picture of me and Buddy in the evening.

Eating popcorn with dad

Last night mom & dad had popcorn and drinks. I always insist that I get popcorn too. Sometimes they put some in my dinner bowl and lock me in my cage. Not fun! Sometimes they hook my dinner bowl on the top of my cage and let me "eat out". The problem with that is when I'm done, I let them know by picking up my bowl and flinging it down the moho stairs. Done! Last night dad got the brilliant idea of letting me stand on his bowl while we ate peacefully together. Dad liked it because all my mess went in the bowl. I liked it because I had access to a LOT of popcorn!
